大家好我是傻姐美食,生活中唯有美食和美景不可辜负。有没有朋友也喜欢吃带馅料的食物呢?我是北方人对馅料的食物简直是着了魔,怎么也吃不够,比如包子、饺子、馄饨、馅儿饼、生煎等等,吃馅料的食物对我们身体是非常有好处的。一是味道鲜美营养全面,蔬菜、肉类、蛋、海鲜,几乎所有的食材都可以做馅料,另外一个原因是容易消化防止偏食,馅料基本上都处理得很细,所以很容易被消化和吸收,各种食材混合到一起,可以很好地改变人们偏食的问题,这样可以吸收更全面的营养。
今天回来得比较晚,没有准备菜,突然想起了前两天我做了生煎包冷冻在冰箱里,于是赶紧拿出来美美地做上一顿生煎吃,20分钟搞定一上桌我们一家三口没用多一会儿就吃了个精光,孩子吵着说“一口一个的小生煎包太好吃了,以后可以多做一些存到冰箱里,没有时间炒菜,我们就做这个吃”。看来孩子也遗传了我的基因,愿意吃带馅料的食物,那就一起来看看我是怎么做的吧。
准备食材:五花肉、韭菜、盐、生抽、鸡精、香油、食用油
具体做法:1、新鲜的五花肉用水清洗干净,放到案板上切成比较大的块状,如果肉粒表面有筋膜用刀切掉,处理好的肉块放到料理机里打成颗粒比较大的肉馅儿,准备一碗温水放入葱段和姜片稍微浸泡一会儿。
2、绞好的肉馅儿放到盆中,少量多次地加入葱姜水,每次加水后用筷子顺着一个方向搅拌,直到肉馅儿吸足了水分,倒入适量的食用油搅拌均匀,将肉馅里的水分锁住,这样包出来的生煎才能有浓浓的汤汁。
3、韭菜摘干净以后放入清水,加少许食盐浸泡一会儿,用清水冲洗干净,清洗韭菜的时候一定要多留意韭菜叶根部的位置,那里很容易藏匿泥土和细菌,要完全冲洗干净,放到案板上切成末,放入猪肉馅儿中加少许的食盐和生抽搅拌均匀。
4、生煎的面皮我用的是普通的饺子皮,饺子皮和馄饨皮都是可以的,这样就省去了我们揉面的麻烦,而且大小也合适,取适量的馅料放到面皮中间,包成一个个拇指大的小包子即可,一个个圆溜溜的、小小的,是不是很可爱。
5、取一个小碗放入适量的面粉和水,搅拌成比较稀的面糊放置一边备用。平底锅刷少许的食用油,开中小火把小包子一个个均匀地摆放到平底锅当中,煎至底部金黄,把调好的面糊倒进锅里,盖上锅盖转中火焖煎15分钟左右即可。
小生煎包出锅了,生煎的底部金黄酥脆,夹起一个送入口中,瞬间在口腔中爆汁,味道真是鲜美,怪不得孩子喜欢吃,同样是饺子皮和馅料,生煎出来的口感和饺子是完全的两种味道,各有各的特点。以后在包饺子的时候记得可以顺手做一些生煎吃,也是非常美味的。
